The Process

To commission a piece of custom fine furniture or custom woodworking is a simple process here at Miller Made. We can get your project booked in the same day and save your spot on our calendar. We’re also happy to walk with you and answer any questions until you’re ready to move forward.

First Contact

To start, just give us a call at (850) 381-0604 and talk to owner and operator, Trevor Miller. You’re also welcome to send us an email at millermadeww@gmail.com with some reference pictures and a callback number or fill out the form here and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can! We’ll ask for all the basics like what kind of furniture or woodworking project you’re looking for, some basic rough dimensions, wood species, and the most helpful thing is always reference or inspiration pictures that you’ve found online. Once we’ve got all the basic information we need we’ll take about 10 minutes to run some numbers and call you right back with a rough estimate and an estimated delivery time frame.

Deposit

Once you’re ready to move forward we’ll send you an official written estimate guaranteed within a percentage point. We’ll create a 3D model of your project to share with you and we’ll revise it as needed. We accept a 50% deposit to schedule all work and we schedule all work in the order that we receive deposits. We can still make certain changes after the deposit is received as long as we haven’t begun to build your project. Changes will reflect in the final payment and may require additional time. This books your spot on our calendar and makes you an official Miller Made client!

After we’ve received your deposit and given you a potential delivery date we’ll keep in touch for anything that that we need and we’ll reach back out once we are getting ready to build your project to go over everything one last time.
